Works really well! Note that if you are also installing the interior door handle lights which connect to the same harness, the connector cable that comes with this switch MUST connect directly to the switch. If you plug in the handle light harness in line after the switch harness then the switch will not illuminate! Don't ask me how I know! :)
Work perfectly. A word of caution, if you are installing these with the lighted power window switches, these must go on the cable in the door, and then the power window cable connects to the window switch. If you do it backwards, the power window switches will not light up!!
Following the tutorials on Youtube (Morozov Automotive), the entire installation took no more than 5 minutes. The result was amazing. The fit is perfect, the charging is very useful, and the additional ports are extremely convenient. Rav 4 XLE 2023

purchased almost 2 years ago. works on 2021 rav4 xse hyrid in the US. the dome and map lights are way too bright. if you look directly at the light during night time, your vision is blinded for a few seconds. very dangerous if that happens while driving
